At Cubavera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return until it reaches our warehouse.
